Would be the best way to ensure that batch Jobs do not. LIST CELL ATTRIBUTES cellsrv Status, flash Cache Mode; D. LIST CELLDISK. Manage the number of parallel sessions for a query. Validate the configuration. Which statement is true about the Exadata CELLBOOT USB?
Ok, I got a new motherboard, cpu & ram, changed the parts and was getting a 'ntldr is missing' error. I used the system recovery disk and ran a repair.
I have followed a few guides, mainly:
http://neosmart.net/wiki/display/EBC...r+from+the+DVD
I get stuck on the first step here, the attrib is not working, I get : path not found c:boot. I even tried to skip that step but the second line gives an error: The store creation operation has failed. the system cannot find the path specified.
I know I have the right harddrive connected as the system recovery finds windows 7 on the drive, I even unplugged all other drives, tried different sata ports & cables.
I can not reinstall windows until Monday as the new Mobo does not have a ide controller and my dvd/cd drive is ide, ordered a sata dvd drive & ssd that should be here Monday.
Worst case is me waiting till ssd & dvd arrive and unplug all and use a fresh Win7 install to ssd, plugging other drives in after.
I'm hoping to get the system up and going before then if possible.
ps. I'm running the system recovery off a usb stick.
Thanks for taking a look, hope someone can help.
